  • The Factory

Introducing…

The Factory is a brand new feature at this year’s Festival, an area dedicated to the art of cupping and roasting and aptly named after The Factory in Copenhagen, a roaster and lab that houses a Loring smart coffee roaster.

For four days that very roaster will be taking up residency at The London Coffee Festival, where a series of guest roasters will be using its technology to give visitors unique cupping and roasting demonstrations.
