For years Viennese coffee culture has inspired scholars, philosophers and poets.
Coffee shops played an important part in shaping Viennese culture and have been described as a place "where time and space are consumed, but only the coffee is found on the bill".
As headline sponsors of
The Coffee Art Project, Julius Meinl is bringing a taste of inspiration and artistry to The London Coffee Festival. Asking that you (yes you!) tell them your favourite poetry and reconnect with your lyrical potential.
You can submit your favourite words through
our website here, or even better go and visit the Poetry Café at The Coffee Art Project pop up exhibition between 20-30 March (Unit 12, The Old Truman Brewery) where you'll be able to pen your words in person and admire the incredible coffee themed artwork on display!
The best poetry will be revealed at the Julius Meinl stand at the festival so get your thinking caps on and start writing!
