Thank You

25 April 2018

Life's epic moments come about when like-minded people get together, so we want to say thank you for being a part of The London Coffee Festival 2018. Whilst all our favourites returned, 2018 was a year of firsts.

And how could we have failed to have fun? There were hundreds of exciting coffees and searingly cool baristas, and a whole new festival floor to discover. Plus, who can forget that epic performance from Youngr on Friday night?

Agnieska Rojewska was crowned Coffee Master – the first ever female champion in London – and her rival Rob Clarijs also made history, scoring the first 10 out of 10 ever for a signature drink.

2018 also saw the debut Latte Art Karaoke, where visitors ripped up the stage alongside the pros, (attempting to) pour perfect latte art, egged on by Ozone Coffee Roasters.

La Cimbali hosted their first sensory experience with Coffee Mixologists, teaching us how to concoct stunning cocktails and – importantly – letting us taste them. La Marzocco brought its new Leva Machine to the True Artisan Café and Sandows launched their first cold brew cans.

There is so much to talk about, but we’ll wrap it up there. In order for us to keep improving, we’d love you to take our survey. It takes 10 minutes, and, on completion, you'll be entered into our prize draw to win a £100 gift voucher for your favourite coffee shop to tide you over until next year.

Finally, we’d like to send a huge thank you to the sponsors behind The London Coffee Festival 2018, who helped make it all possible.
