The Art of Flavour

11 April 2018

Extraordinary flavour is at the heart of The London Coffee Festival, full to the brim every year with tastings, flavour masterclasses and sensory experiences. This year, Taylors of Harrogate is coming on board for the first time, to showcase it's sleek new visual identity, alongside a range of blends.

Tea and coffee experts will be running activities from the Taylors stand, demonstrating the art and craft that goes into developing blends with extraordinary flavour. Sample Taylors’ most popular coffee blends, learn more about the blend development process with the deconstruction of an exclusive new Taylors roast and feed into a live piece of artwork.

To take your experience further, check out one of Taylors' two panel discussions in The Lab, both centered around extraordinary flavour.  On Saturday 14th April at 16:30 and Sunday 15th April at 14:30, food writer, stylist & Saturday Kitchen star Rosie Birkett will host an inspiring Q&A with a panel including tea & coffee innovators from Taylors and flavour experts from Harrogate restaurant Norse, Spirit of Yorkshire Whisky, Northern Bloc Ice Cream, The Ginstitute, Roosters Brewing Co and Bettys.

What new flavour trends are on the horizon? How can blenders and roasters seek inspiration from industries outside of tea & coffee? All questions answered – and flavourful free samples a-plenty.
