About The London Coffee Festival

The London Coffee Festival celebrates London’s bustling and vibrant coffee scene.

The London Coffee Festival returns for its 10th anniversary from 23 - 26 September 2021 and promises to be an unmissable event for discerning coffee lovers and those working in the coffee scene.

Featuring over 250 artisan coffee and gourmet food stalls, tastings and demonstrations from world-class baristas, interactive workshops, street food, coffee-based cocktails, live music, DJs, art exhibitions and so much more.

In line with latest government guidance and the Association of Event Organisers, we have taken the decision to verify attendee Covid-19 status on arrival at the event which will include visitors, exhibitors, contractors, venue and organiser staff.

This means attendees will need to demonstrate proof of COVID-19 status for entry to the event. This will need to be one of the following:

  • Proof of completion of a full course of vaccination via the NHS COVID Pass or equivalent for international visitors
  • Proof of a negative PCR or Lateral Flow Test result taken within 48hrs of arrival

Additional measures in place:

Capacity: 30% reduced visitor capacity has been applied to all sessions to provide ample space for visitors to experience the event and for exhibitors to operate. Festival visitor session times will be staggered based upon morning, afternoon and early evening sessions on our public days and morning and afternoon sessions on our industry days.

Masks: In line with the Government guidance, it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask or face covering in all settings. This means that visitors can use their discretion when in quiet areas of the venue, but we ask that they carry a mask with at all times and be courteous to those around them by wearing a mask in areas that may become busy. We highly recommend for exhibitors and staff to wear a mask throughout the festival.

Cleaning & Venue Hygiene: The facilities team continue to work onsite with a robust cleaning schedule in place. All high volume touch points such as door handles, push plates, handrails and lift call points are being sanitised on a regular basis. Deep cleaning and enhanced sanitation will be in place before, during and after each festival day.

Hand Sanitiser Stations: Hand Sanitiser will be available at the entrance and around the building.

Cash: The festival will operate a cashless contact payment policy across the festival.

Where does the money go?
25% of all ticket sales to The London Coffee Festival will go towards Project Waterfall, the charitable component of UK Coffee Week™.

It aims to raise more than £1million to deliver safe drinking water and sanitation projects for up to 100,000 people, specifically in coffee-producing countries in Africa. The first project is currently providing clean water to communities in the Mbulu District of Tanzania in partnership with the service delivery provider, WaterAid. In the past three years The London Coffee Festival has raised more than £280,000 towards this worthy cause through ticket sales and on-site fundraising.
What is UK Coffee Week™?
UK Coffee Week provides a unique opportunity for branded coffee chains, independent coffee shops and industry suppliers to collaborate and celebrate the success of the industry while giving back to an extremely worthy cause. A nationwide programme of charitable collections, in-store activities and public events will raise funds for Project Waterfall to deliver clean water projects in coffee-producing African countries.
