The Coffee Art Project
is an exciting art competition linked to the theme of coffee and is one of the core fundraising initiatives of UK Coffee Week™
The competition showcases the creativity and talents of emerging and established artists, while engaging a deep spirit of community among those who share a passion for great coffee! Both up-and-coming and established artists are invited to submit an original piece of artwork that represents a creative, unique and personal connection to the concept of 'coffee' or a 'coffee shop experience'.
Artists specialising in all media types can submit any form of art, including: paintings, drawings, photography, film, design, sculpture and conceptual art.
This unique project gives artists the opportunity to be part of a growing creative community with a passion for coffee whilst raising money for our chosen charity: Project Waterfall.
Congratulations to the incredibly talented Martynas Pekarska on winning this year's competition with their Square of Yirgacheffe 2019 piece. Let's also hear it for runners up Rento E Tuzon, Robert Owen Bloomfield and the LCF Visitor's Favourite winner Julia Dimitru.
