Our friends at Danish Bakery are setting up a brand new cosy corner of The Festival; dedicated to the art of hygge and expert coffee and food pairings.


Featuring some of Denmark’s most reputable coffee personalities and roasters – this relaxing space will showcase some incredible Danish pastry and coffee combinations.

Visitors can expect a real life hygge experience, set apart from the hustle and bustle of the busy festival. That and a lot of free coffee and cake to try.


the 2019 highlights

If you’re a member of trade, you’ll be able to talk to the experts and find out how to perfect the art of matching your coffee with your menu. How can you sell, style and tailor your product offering? What works better with a light roast? And why does Ethiopian coffee taste so damn delicious with a lemon cheesecake?

Catch Andreas Brok-Hartvig Chef, Foodie and Concept Guy at Danish Bakery on stage at The Lab (trade day, Friday 29th March) for his workshop titled “How to Inspire Baristas to Get More Involved in Edible Side Sales”, or if you’re visiting us on Sunday join us for “Scandi Brunch, Coffee and Food Pairing” - an interactive food tasting Lab session.
