Adam is a lifelong coffee enthusiast with a particular interest in how values show up in everyday business decisions, focusing less on lofty promises and words and more on measurable action that makes meaningful impact.
With over 25 years of experience across multiple professions, sectors and organisation types, Adam brings a broad, practical perspective to sustainable business. He supports the growth of the UK B Corp movement, working with organisations of all shapes and sizes to balance commercial success with positive impact for people and the environment.
As a judge on the panel, he’s looking for coffee businesses that go beyond good intentions, embedding environmental responsibility, fairness and community care into how they source, operate and grow.
Outside of work, Adam plays jazz piano, keeps fit, travels widely and spends too much time supporting independent coffee shops across London.
