Toto Dell’Aringa
Chef Trainer, The Felix Project
Toto is from Milan in Italy but has been living in London for over 20 years. After working as a corporate consultant for 12 years he one day decided to follow his dreams and retrain as a chef. Since that point has never looked back and has been working in catering and kitchens ever since, including in Paris.
He joined The Felix Project in 2024 as a Chef Trainer and is currently training four young people to become commis chefs. He spends every day in Felix’s kitchen or at external events showing the trainees new skills and helping them perfect their cooking abilities.
He is an avid coffee drinker and passionately believes that food tastes better when it has a story to tell.
