Describe your journey in the coffee industry so far:
My journey in the industry has been a rollercoaster full of ups and downs but nothing short of thrills. Starting at Gentlemen Baristas I grew into a Head Barista role before joining WatchHouse now almost 6 years ago. Progressing through the ranks to become their first coffee trainer. I get the privilege of building how we structure coffee training as we grow as a business
Are there any specific disciplines in the competition that you're particularly excited about?
The signature drink, of course. Getting to showcase something that so many hours of creating and work has gone into. I love seeing everyone else's too, it's one of the best parts of coffee masters. The creativity.
Describe an innovative coffee creation or technique you use that isn't commonly used or known:
The Waved machine for espresso is really interesting and is only just starting to scratch the surface of the coffee industry
