Mo Mangio was born in the kitchens of our nonnas and perfected over 30 years in the high-pressure London restaurant scene.
After decades of honing our craft as professional chefs, we decided to bring the true soul of Southern Italian cooking to the heart of Hackney. While our hearts are in the South—between the streets of Naples and the olive groves of Puglia—our menu travels wherever the best ingredients take us.
Our mission is simple: to honour traditional methods, use honest ingredients, and recreate that rustic, joyful atmosphere of a true Southern Italian family.
