At the heart of PRIMUS lies an innovative pressure profiling system that puts complete control in your hands. Whether you prefer maintaining consistent pressure throughout the shot or gently tapering off towards the end to enhance clarity and reduce bitterness, PRIMUS lets you dial in the perfect profile for every coffee. Users can not only fine-tune pressure settings in real time, but also view and save historic pressure profiles to perfect their process over time.

The advanced heating system—featuring a boiler paired with a PID thermoblock and supersteam thermoblock—delivers exceptional temperature stability, rapid heat-up, and improved energy efficiency. Combined with a silent gear pump and intuitive LED screen, PRIMUS is built for precision, consistency, and reliability. Encased in high-quality aluminium, it also offers a modern, elegant design that fits beautifully in any space.

Alongside PRIMUS, we’re excited to present KONOS, our single-dose conical grinder. KONOS is ideal for single-origin espresso, thanks to its ultra-low retention, which allows users to switch between beans without compromising on flavour. The adjustable RPM offers greater control over grinding speed, ensuring consistency for any brewing method.

KONOS also features an easy-clean mechanism, a design inspired by our ZP-1 grinder, which has been widely praised by baristas worldwide.
