Experience the Future of Automation: Supera Debuts at The London Coffee Festival
At this year’s London Coffee Festival, a showcase defined by innovation, craftsmanship and the evolving culture of coffee, Cimbali Group places its latest advancement firmly in the spotlight with the debut of LaCimbali Supera.
Designed to meet the demands of modern hospitality, Supera reflects Cimbali Group’s focus on delivering quality coffee, combining consistency, speed and flexibility in a fully automatic solution offering a new perspective on how coffee can be delivered at scale.
A New Approach to Coffee Service
Built for high-volume environments, Supera streamlines the entire coffee-making process, from grinding and dosing to extraction and milk preparation. Capable of producing around 350 beverages per day – with capacity to go well beyond when required, it is engineered to perform under pressure while maintaining consistent quality in every cup.
The platform debuts in two versions: Supera Senso, the essential, high-reliability model, and Supera Dolcevita, delivering maximum automation, performance and customisation.
Its modular, scalable design enables operators to tailor configurations to volume, service style, and location-specific needs without compromising performance or consistency. With up to four bean hoppers and the option of four high-performance grinders, Supera allows multiple coffee profiles simultaneously, while dedicated soluble powder hoppers expand menus to include matcha, hot chocolate and other specialty beverages.

Precision, Consistency and Flexibility
At the heart of Supera is a new preheated metal brewing unit, engineered to deliver exceptional thermal stability and consistent extraction, even at high volumes. With a capacity of up to 30 grams of ground coffee, it offers greater flexibility across a wide range of recipes.
This is supported by the Perfect Grinding System (PGS), which automatically adjusts grind size and dose in real time to ensure precise extraction and consistent quality in every cup. Performance is further enhanced by Dynamic Thermodrive technology, which intelligently manages water temperatures for both coffee and soluble beverages. Delivering multiboiler-level performance within a single streamlined system, it allows operators to set a dedicated temperature for each recipe, including slightly cooler profiles for iced drinks, without compromising throughput.
Supera’s advanced High-Quality Milk (HQM) system enables preparation of both dairy and plant-based drinks while minimising cross-contamination, an increasingly important feature as menus evolve. Turbosteam options further support flexible workflows, making the machine suitable for both self-service and barista-led environments.
Maxime Herbaut, Head of Customer & Brand Experience, Cimbali Group UK, explains:
“Supera is about supporting the reality of today’s coffee businesses. As operators face increasing pressure on staffing, space and consistency, there’s a growing need for solutions that combine quality with efficiency- without losing sight of what makes great coffee meaningful.”
Designed for Today’s Coffee Industry
Supera reflects a broader shift within the coffee industry, where automation is increasingly used to deliver consistency and scalability across multiple locations. Its intuitive 13-inch full HD touchscreen interface allows staff to navigate and customise drink menus with ease, reducing training time while maintaining consistently high standards of service.
Operational efficiency is further enhanced by an automatic cleaning system with an integrated detergent tank, helping to maintain hygiene while minimising daily maintenance requirements.
Together, these features position LaCimbali Supera as a practical yet forward-looking solution for operators balancing quality, efficiency and growth.
