The London Coffee Festival Expands for 2027 - Introducing The Green Room
Every year, The London Coffee Festival evolves alongside the industry it celebrates. For 2027, we're taking our biggest step yet with the launch of The Green Room - a brand-new festival destination dedicated to coffee's journey from seed to cup.
Located within The Truman Brewery, The Green Room will shine a spotlight on the people, partnerships and innovations at the very start of coffee's story.
The launch comes in direct response to feedback from our community. Visitors, exhibitors and industry professionals told us they wanted more green coffee, more origin representation and more opportunities to connect with the wider coffee supply chain.

A new home for coffee's origin story
As conversations around sourcing, sustainability, transparency and quality continue to shape specialty coffee, The Green Room will provide a dedicated space for the businesses and individuals driving the industry forward.
Bringing together producing countries, producer groups, importers, exporters, green coffee traders, roasters and sustainability organisations, it will offer visitors a deeper understanding of where coffee comes from and the people who make every cup possible.
Expanding the festival experience
The Green Room is a natural extension of The London Coffee Festival, located within the Truman Brewery estate and fully connected to the main festival experience.
For exhibitors, it offers access to one of Europe's most engaged coffee audiences. For visitors, it unlocks an exciting new area dedicated to origin, sourcing, roasting and coffee quality.

The Green Room brings together hands-on experiences, tastings and expertise, creating a space to get curious about what goes into making great coffee.
Roasting
See roasting in action and discover the people, skills and technology behind it. Watch coffee being roasted live, get up close to different roasting equipment and meet roasters large and small. From understanding how green coffee changes during roasting to exploring the latest technology and techniques, there’ll be plenty to discover.
Drip District
Dive into all things filter coffee. Explore different brewers, techniques and kit, meet the people pushing filter coffee forward and, most importantly, taste some brilliant coffees along the way. It’s a space for discovering new ideas and learning how small changes in brewing can make a big difference in the cup.
The Cupping Room
Taste coffee in a whole new way. Guided cuppings and sensory sessions will invite visitors to explore different coffees, origins and flavour profiles while discovering how coffee professionals taste, assess and talk about coffee. Whether it’s your first cupping or your hundredth, there’ll be something new to experience.
Connecting the coffee community
One of The London Coffee Festival's greatest strengths is bringing industry and consumers together in one place.
The Green Room expands those opportunities, creating a space where visitors can discover new coffees, build relationships, explore sourcing stories and deepen their understanding of specialty coffee.
A bigger platform for coffee's global network
We're now welcoming interest from coffee-producing countries, origin organisations, cooperatives, importers, exporters, green coffee traders, roasting technology suppliers, sustainability partners and businesses across the coffee supply chain.
Our ambition is simple: to create the UK's leading platform for showcasing the people, products and innovations that shape specialty coffee from seed to cup.
