Method 1: AeroPress Go Plus Recipe
Perfect for road trips, campsites, train journeys and hotel rooms.
You'll need:
- AeroPress Go Plus
- Comandante X25 Forest Green grinder
- Wilfa Uni Scale
- Klean Kanteen Rise Tumbler
- Scenery Coffee
Recipe:
- Weigh 15g of Scenery Coffee using the Wilfa Uni Scale.
- Grind medium-fine with the Comandante X25.
- Add the coffee to the AeroPress.
- Pour in 250g of hot water (around 92-96°C).
- Stir gently for 10 seconds.
- Attach the cap and filter.
- Press slowly after a total brew time of 1½ to 2 minutes.
- Pour into your Klean Kanteen Rise Tumbler and enjoy.
The result is a smooth, sweet and full-bodied cup that brings out the rich chocolate, caramel and fruit notes in your Scenery Coffee.
Method 2: Hario V60 NEO Recipe
Ideal for slower mornings, scenic viewpoints and campsite breakfasts.
You'll need:
- Hario V60 NEO
- Comandante X25 Forest Green grinder
- Wilfa Uni Scale
- Klean Kanteen Rise Tumbler
- Scenery Coffee
Recipe:
- Weigh 18g of Scenery Coffee using the Wilfa Uni Scale.
- Grind medium.
- Place a filter in the V60 NEO and rinse with hot water.
- Add the ground coffee.
- Start your brew by pouring 50g of hot water and allow it to bloom for 30 seconds.
- Slowly pour the remaining water up to 300g in steady circles.
- Aim for a total brew time of around 2½ to 3 minutes.
- Pour into your Klean Kanteen Rise Tumbler.
Expect a clean, bright cup that showcases the vibrant, nuanced flavours of your Scenery Coffee.
