Alex started his DJ career in Sheffield while at university in the city in 2005, obtaining residencies at underground electronic music nights across the city, in addition to guest slots on club dancefloors in other Northern UK cities (and the occasional forest). Expect a mixture of tempos, soulful grooves, and chugging bass sprinkled with 2-step rhythms.

I’ve worked in a variety of amazing roles in the coffee industry from about 2009 in a mixture of independents and small chains. Training baristas, after a few years of learning the craft myself from some of the industry’s most inspirational people, was my step into coffee as a fulltime career in 2012. Since then I’ve moved into relationship based roles for roasters and more recently machinery for Nuova Distribution UK, where I’ve worked since 2023. My current role primarily involves supporting our Northern UK partners with the Victoria Arduino, Nuova Simonelli and 3TEMP brands.
