I’m one quarter of Bristol’s Tender Groove Collective, personally known for percussion-driven grooves with an African twist on disco, funk, and world music. His sets are high-energy, smooth mixes and funky edits.
I grew up on grime and hip-hop, sounds my dad played alongside African artists and jazz legends. From Fela Kuti to Miles Davis and John Coltrane, that early exposure shaped how I feel rhythm and mood. Over time, it grew into a deep love for soul and neo-soul pioneers like Maxwell, D’Angelo, and Sade.
