Damiano has been working in coffee for over a decade. Introduced to specialty coffee in 2014 thanks to a training, he moved from Italy to the UK shortly after, to learn more about the world he just fell in love with. Since then, he's worked many years as head barista in some of the most notable London cafes and covered various roles including trainer and self employed consultant. He's currently working in the commercial team of Union Hand-Roasted as Key Account Executive, looking after a wide portfolio of accounts.
