Meet Alejandro Griffin-Diaz and Sharon Ip, our WINNERS of London Coffee Masters 2026!

For the first time EVER, we have two champions - both tied on scores, our judges felt both Alejandro and Sharon deserved the title this year!

A bit about Alejandro:

His love for coffee started at 18 years old, where he got the opportunity to work on a coffee farm for six months, immersing himself in the entire production chain - from harvest to processing, cupping, and quality control. Today, both Alejandro and his husband own two specialty coffee shops in Upstate New York, where their mission goes beyond serving great beverages - their aim is to inspire and educate the community through coffee sharing the origin stories, and honouring the people behind the product.

A bit about Sharon:

Sharon moved to the UK about 5 years ago, and brought with her a deep craft in coffee and a passion for sharing it. Sharon is the Founder of Rish Coffee Roasters and also an award-winning competitor, Great Taste Awards judge and certified SCA Q-Grader. She leads with respect for producers, precision in roasting, and a belief that great coffee should feel honest and memorable. Rish roast coffee in small batches to bring out the unique characteristics of each region and micro-lot, ensuring every bag delivers its best potential, clarity, sweetness, and depth consistently.
