Meet Kasey Headley, the newest addition to the pantheon of coffee champions - WINNER of London Coffee Masters 2025!
Kasey operates three coffee shops in what is known as the “Texoma” region of Texas—Niche Coffee and Shop, The White Rabbit Coffee House, and Harbor House Coffee—all born from their passion for craft coffee and Southern hospitality. Each location has its own distinct personality:
Harbor House Coffee is located inside a seasonal restaurant with beautiful views overlooking Lake Texoma—perfect for summer days.
The White Rabbit Coffee House sits upstairs in downtown Sherman, offering a modern, artsy atmosphere with a library wall and creative energy.
Niche Coffee and Shop is nestled in the heart of downtown Denison. Surrounded by plants, vintage clothing, vinyl records, and thoughtfully curated local goods, the coffee bar is designed to invite conversation and community.
In addition to running the shops, Kasey and his partner Natalie also operate a wedding photography and videography business, as well as a coffee machine repair company. They love staying hands-on and involved in everything they do, blending creativity, craftsmanship, and community in every part of their work.
