You’ll find OMGTea on Stand HP26, serving their high-grade Japanese organic matcha throughout the festival. Try their matcha straight up, Japanese style, in matcha lattes and look out for a couple of surprises too.
Be sure to catch OMGTea's founder Katherine Swift on The Lab, where she’ll be hosting a matcha masterclass. Katherine will share insider insights into the origins and cultivation of matcha, the evolution of the UK matcha market, and how to make the perfect cup whether at home or behind the bar.
OMGTea will also feature at Latte Art Live, where Katherine will join the MC for a live Q&A, exploring matcha, quality, and creativity in coffee culture. Watch as talented latte artists create stunning matcha designs live on stage; last year’s creations included a sea horse and even a Pegasus and this year promises even more wow moments.
