In partnership with SEND Coffee, The London Coffee Festival is hosting a thought-provoking evening of networking and discussion dedicated to inclusivity and accessibility within the UK specialty coffee scene.
Held at Clarnico Club, join us for a dynamic and thought-provoking panel discussion exploring the state of inclusivity across the UK coffee industry. From baristas to owners, this session brings together voices from across the sector to share lived experiences, highlight challenges, and celebrate progress toward a more equitable coffee culture.
We will delve into topics such as representation in leadership, barriers to entry for marginalised communities, inclusive hiring practices, and how coffee spaces can foster belonging for both staff and customers. Whether you're a coffee professional, enthusiast, or advocate for social change, this conversation will offer valuable insights and actionable ideas to help shape a more inclusive future for the industry.
