The London Coffee Festival Awards 2026

Returning for its second year, The London Coffee Festival Awards are back to celebrate the vibrant and thriving independent, specialty coffee scene across London and the people that work within it â˜•

Through a combination of an independent, expert judging panel and public voting, the LCF Awards recognise and reward the very best coffee shops, roasters and influencers across a range of different categories, culminating in the main award, Independent Coffee Shop of the Year!

Unique to the industry, winners are not only selected by a panel of coffee experts, but also by those that matter the most... coffee consumers! See the full list of last years' award winners here.

New for 2026 – Coffee Bag Design of the Year

Calling All Roasters! We’re celebrating creativity in coffee packaging with a brand-new award: Coffee Bag Design of the Year. This accolade will honour a roaster whose bag design stands out for its originality, visual appeal, and innovation.

A panel of industry experts will shortlist the finalists, whose designs will be showcased at The London Coffee Festival. Festival visitors will then cast their votes to decide the ultimate winner.

Think your design has what it takes? Submit your entry and let your bag do the talking.

The Need To Knows

After their success in 2025, The London Coffee Festival Awards return to celebrate of the vibrant independent, specialty coffee scene across London and the people that work within it!

The awards recognise some the industry's best coffee shops, roasters and influencers across a range of nine awards categories, including: Best Independent Coffee Shop, Best Sustainable Coffee Shop, Influencer of the Year, and new for 2026, Best Coffee Bag Design! The judging process is robust and vigorous to ensure that the awards represent the views of the entire industry. Judging will be split into two parts – some categories will be judged by an expert judging panel, and the other categories will be judged through consumer/trade voting.

Our independent panel of coffee industry experts will judge each category and create a shortlist for each, which will be announced ahead of the consumer voting. Once the shortlist is announced, consumers and industry workers will have the opportunity to vote for the coffee shop, roaster or influencer that they think deserves each award category.

I think it's just a credit to the team working in the office, and the baristas working on the ground. We've had a huge year of growth so this really top it off.
